Qualifications


Field Experience:


• Several years field experience in the Upper Cretaceous-Lower Tertiary sediments in the Western Desert of Egypt (during M.Sc., 1992 - 1996).

• Several field trips to the Proterozoic ophiolite complex in the Eastern Desert of Egypt studying the podiform chromitite and associated ultramafic rocks (1997-2002).
 
• Field trip to the Japanese Alps in Hokkaido Island studying the Horoman Peridotite and other ophiolitic peridotites (August 1999).
 
• Several field trips to Sultanate of Oman to study the Oman ophiolite complex through the Japanese Project 1999 - 2001, 2002, 2006.

• Several field trips to the Proterozoic ophiolite, Bou Azzer, Ant-Atlas, Morocco studying the podiform chromitite and associated ultramafic rocks, studying the Co-Ni arsenide ores of Bou Azzer, 2004 - 2007.

Qualifications:


 1. Teaching assistant in the Department of Earth Sciences, Kanazawa University, Japan (from 1998 to 2001)

2. Lecturer, conduct education of principles of mantle petrology and ore geology, field research, thin section petrography, microprobe analysis and mineralogical data processing in the Department of Earth Science, Kanazawa University, Japan (2002 – 2004)

3. Lecturer, conduct education of Industrial Minerals, Ore Mineralogy, Mining Geology and Exploration, and Isotope Geology in the Department of Geology, Faculty of Science, Helwan University (2004 – till now).
